Witness Testimony

history of providing expert counsel in matters related to anti trust, cost allocation,
mergers, pricing and rate setting in regulated sectors including trucking, railroads,
airports, and air traffic control, among others.

economists and academic associates have provided precedent-setting testimony
through the application of the most up-to-date economic concepts. GRA staff
also have testified before Congress and other bodies.
